GETTING SOCIAL RIGHT

There's a lot of pressure when you have social media profiles.

It's up to you to make sure the posts you share are suited to the audience you want to connect with.

You have to be confident that they say exactly what you mean them to.

You are the one who receives both the celebratory positive posts along with the the negative, often attacking complaints.

And even though you have working hours, social media doesn't.

Stay Bright can be right there alongside you to help you with:

  • Creating a social media strategy

  • Planning your social media posts

  • Creating your social media posts

  • Profile management

  • Building your audience

  • Effective two-way communication

  • Trends and analysis

  • Using social a source of business intelligence.

SOCIAL IS...

1.

Part of your online brand/identity.

2.

How people find you.

The Great Connector.

3.

4.

A Source Of Intel for you.

Dean and Cauvin

After a review session with staff, auditing the current process and identifying where the organisation felt social could take them, a series of recommendations were drawn up and presented to the Senior Management Team.

Stay Bright has worked with Dean and Cauvin for two years implementing the recommendations to develop the profiles, build the audience, and improve the messaging.

At each step of the process, the approach has been to upskill the staff and embed social within the organisational staff base.

The Consultation Institute

Delivered training to a range of clients as an associate of the Institute. The goal of the training was to highlight the opportunities social media offers within the consultation process, and best practice to implement it. Clients included local authorities, health bodies, and members outwith the UK.
